FitKidz caters to children from 6 months to 8 years old. We have various classes tailored to each age group’s development stage, such as our Baby & Me Development Class (6 months old – 12 months old), Super Rockers Gymnastic Class (12 months old – 2.5 years old), Mighty Tumblers Gymnastic Class (2.5 years old – 4 years old), and Ace Kids Gymnastic Class (4 years old – 8 years old).

Yes, we do! Our FitKidz Camps are designed to encourage children to participate in energizing fitness games, arts and crafts, non-competitive gymnastics, and music. Each camp is themed differently every week to keep things exciting and engaging.

Yes, we encourage parents to participate in certain classes such as the Baby & Me Development Class and the Mighty Tumblers Gymnastic Class. However, we also provide separation times for parents to observe their children interacting and socializing with their peers.

Our classes are designed with the child’s developmental needs in mind, offering a balance between skill-building and fun activities. The goal is to foster a healthy lifestyle while promoting self-confidence and enjoyment in achieving goals.

The safety of our students, families, and coaches is of utmost importance to us. We adhere to DHA & Government guidelines, which includes daily cleaning and disinfecting of the facility, frequent cleaning of frequently touched surfaces, and requiring all who enter to wash or sanitize their hands. Additionally, we perform self-screening for signs of illness, and we ask all members to do the same before entering the gym.

Absolutely! We provide tailor-made birthday party experiences featuring games, activities, songs, and more. We also manage all the party details, including themes, paper goods, party favors, and food, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Our memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our team reserves the right to halt any exercise they deem unsafe. We also provide temporary lockers for personal belongings, but the management assumes no responsibility for any theft or damage. Other guidelines and rules are in place to ensure a respectful, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
